July 2010

It has been a long time since my last blogging, will try to spend some time soon.

The Wedding Preparation

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Willow Heights, Morgan Hill, CA on November 19th, 2006.
The wedding helpers started to arrive at Willow Heights since 8am. They helped decorate the registration area, preparing slide show, filling balloons at the dance floor area, organizing the place card, preparing the flowers for head table and guest tables, decorating the cake, and the ceremony area.
Wedding is particularly important for the girls, as you can tell that Winnie spent a lot of effort preparing for the big day.
The gown is elegant and it looked good on Winnie, we all like it.
Winnie spent a lot of time to look for a nice and comfortable shoe, man...it's not easy to find.

Other accessories such as tiara, necklace, ear rings, and gloves.

Most importantly, our wedding rings.
The Bride, Winnie. She is the most beautiful girl in the world. She's humorous and fun to live with. Look how gorgeous she is at our wedding.

Last but not least, it is time for the guys to get ready too. Now it's time for bridal party to take some pictures together!

Going to the ceremony area

The Wedding Ceremony

Guests are seated, handsome guys entered. Lead by Yang Xu (groomsmen) and Hai Kim Ng (bestman) , both of them are my buddies from the university.

Followed by, the groom, me. I am such a handsome (haha) yet lucky guy for today. ^^

Here comes the bridesmaid, Yii-Wen Choong. Winnie and Yii-Wen share the similarity that both of them have the wonderful laughter in our group.
Next is the Maid of Honor, Jean Ng. She is one of Winnie's best friends in the bayarea and also my high school classmate.
Here's the ring bearer, Iee Kwan, with his dad, Jow.

Here's the cute flower girl, Tong Tong.

Maverick on the left, acting as Winnie's family (since her parents can't come) accompanying her walking down the aisle.

Here, the groom is waiting for the bride ...

Facing the Minister, Judge Nazario Gonzales, as he goes through our vows and exchange rings.

The highlight of the ceremony, I may kiss the bride!

Ceremony ends as we start leaving, leading our guests to the reception party.

The Wedding Photo Session

We had our photo session in front of the gazebo with our bridal party and guests, they were divided into different groups, such as out-of-town, bride's co-workers, groom's ex-co-workers, our mutual friends, bride's friends, groom's badminton buddies, Iowa State Alumnus, Hin Hua High School Alumnus, and others.
